COACHING SESSIONS
The Club will be running 2 stand alone refresher coaching sessions on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th April.
If there is sufficient demand, further sessions will be run. The Sessions will start at 6pm and last approximately 2.5 hours.
These sessions are available to all members on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
The sessions will cover :- Anatomically Correct Delivery / Effective use of the Mat / Pre Shot Routine / Aiming Points
Delivery Angle / Stance / Delivery Action and Length control
The Nomination sheets for these sessions will be displayed at the Club on OPEN DAY Saturday 18th April
With a CLOSING DATE of THURSDAY 23rd April and selection will be made on Friday 24th April
The list of those selected will be displayed at the Club and will also be available to see on the WEBSITE.
We hope Bowlers will take advantage of this opportunity to prepare early for their 2026 season.
