When selected for any competition, please could you inform the Captain of your availability by either ticking the sheet in the clubhouse or by phoning, texting or emailing the Captain. And, if you intend to go to the match directly, please can you also add the letter "D" next to your tick on the sheet or include the fact that you are going directly in your phone, text or email confirmation message. This saves a lot of confusion and wasted time waiting for players. Thank you.
